PROJECT BREAKDOWN: BATHHOUSE RENOVATION 1. Renovation to be both exterior and interior, including the addition of heating and cooling. 2. Completion to be done in three distinct phases, starting with the addition of a storage room, exterior insulation and siding, and heating and cooling. 3. Phases two and three to focus on interior renovation of boys and girls sides of the bathhouse with complete replacement of showers, sinks, and toilets, along with cosmetic upgrades. 4. Overall project budget estimated at $500,000 5.
